Meeting Time:  9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Note: Attendees should see George Abel prior to/at the start of the meeting and pay $8 per person for lunch (working lunch).

9:00 AM - Welcome, lunch count, introductions

9:10 AM - News...
     Review of recent PBS/KTWU/KLFA collaboration and survey
     Grant opportunity

9:30 AM - Work Time - Phase 1
     Advance organizer – a brief review of our August work, themes that emerged

     Mixed workgroup feedback and discussion – how does our work mesh? What advice or ideas to pass along to other workgroups?

10:30 AM - Work Time - Phase 2
     Workgroups determine/confirm their goals, then determine specific strategies, tactics, and/or activities to be pursued by KLFA beginning now.

1:00 PM - Reports and Planning
     Report out from work groups. This should include expected collaboration and cross-group work, assignments, and tasks for the interim (before January)

1:45 PM - Recap and commitment
     Are we ready to pursue action? Do we have a shared understanding and commitment to our homework?
