Great
Be prepared to report the names of facilitators/recorders from each
member organization and whether they want to be trained Sept 18 in
Topeka or Sept 22 in Wichita. We encourage organizations to involve
others besides their KLFA reps to be in these roles to build capacity
for public conversations.
10:45 Work groups through lunch
Prepare goals for each workgroup to support the three KLFA goals:
1. KLFA will plan and facilitate professional development opportunities
that support student learning
2. KLFA will strengthen its organizational capacity.
3. KLFA will increase its visibility and influence on statewide policy
and program issues.

What are your workgroup goals for the school year?
What are your plans between now and our next KLFA meeting (Sept. 18)?
How do these plans and goals support the three KLFA goals for this
year?
1:30 Closure
Do you want to start our meeting earlier on Sept 18th so those that
need to do the training will not have to stay too late? (Recommending
